The process of Gypsum board equipment
Put Calcined Gypsum powder, water and other additives to mixer by automatic metering system and conveying system, mix to form the Gypsum slurry, evenly scattered on the surface of the continous forward movement of the protective paper;
With continuous moving and vibrating, Gypsum slurry gradually diffused and evenly scattered on the surface of moving bottom paper. Then it goes into the Forming machine and composite with top protective paper. By the process of extruding and forming, the slurry would be wrapped by top paper and bottom paper. Then pulpous continous plasterboard is formed.
While the board is in the process of running on the forming line, Wet Gypsum board gradually formed after board shaping, natural coagulation and automatic cutting. The wet boards arranged by Programmed Control System, quickly enter into the drying equipment through roller table, belt conveyor and board turnover.
Under strict controls of each temperature zones of the drying equipment, with different tempreratures hot air heated, the wet board moisture keeps evaporating, modified starch would stick with the paper via heating, then the dry Gypsum board would be transported out of the drying equipment.
Then the board will be turned over again and folded together(Face inward), cut the board to certain size and edge sealed.
Finally it comes to automatic stacker for stacking, then it can be transported to warehouse by forklift.

Cut-off system The system adopts preset synchronous cutting machine with high precision, which ensures that the material is not wasted. If you cut off the 2.408 meter of plasterboard, press 2, 4, 0, 8, then press ok to confirm (calculate by mm). The cutting machine is fed by a two-speed accelerator to the wheel rotary flipping machine.
